One star, and it pains me to say that. My family and I have been coming here semi-regularly since 2019, always enjoying the froyo, the bubble tea, and grabbing the packs of ube or red velvet cookies. Today I came in with my father and had almost the exact same experience as the reviewer below me. I asked to try a couple of flavors before committing, just a small taste to make sure I’d actually like what I was paying for. I was told no, that testing isn’t allowed anymore because people had abused it in the past. I offered to let them portion the taste themselves, just a tiny spoonful, anything, and was still flatly denied. Every other ice cream or froyo shop lets you sample before you buy, and abuse of that policy is rare enough that it shouldn’t mean punishing loyal customers. I’m happy to pay for good froyo, but not when I have no way of knowing if I’ll actually like what I’m getting. We ended up walking out without buying anything and are not planning to return. Really disappointing change, and I hope they reconsider this policy before it costs them more longtime customers.

Just okay. Ordered the GG Calypso (mango, kiwi, strawberry and passion fruit) swapped the yogurt based for coconut water. Maybe that’s where I went wrong. It was a bit watered down. Location is cool. A bit unkept though, over at the yogurt topping station, crumbs all over the counter. Floors were dirty with water spilled here and there. Would I go back? Doubt it.

This froyo was very sour. I thought I was eating a war head. It was no good. Lady didn’t let me taste my ice cream before picking what I wanted. This place is less than ideal to go with your family. They charged me an arm. I left an amputee. This place is bew-tay

We visited for dessert after a late lunch. The ube brownies were good. The halo halo would have been good, except they put blueberry instead of taro soft serve. We found out that the taro soft serve machine was just giving out blueberry. The avocado shake and ube bubble tea were mediocre. Staff was very friendly, but service was a bit slow.

We were craving for milk tea late at night and this was open. We got the Taro Milk tea with almond milk and Coconut Taro Milk Tea. These two drinks were alright for me and it is quite pricey so I give 3 stars. The coconut overpowered the taro but my mom loved it because it was creamy. Another star was for the friendly employee in the cashier and the store’s cleanliness :) I am curious to try their other flavors and maybe their Halo Halo the next time a craving hits.
